By placing an order on Map of Us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Map of Us creates personalised, custom-illustrated gift maps based on information you provide. Each map is a unique, hand-crafted product tailored to your love story.
All orders are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the stated amount. Orders are non-cancellable once our illustrators have begun work (typically within 24 hours of payment).
Digital orders are delivered via email as a high-resolution file (minimum 300 DPI). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
All maps created by Map of Us remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use and display your map. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for creating your map. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfil your order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Map of Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
