You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided our illustrators have not yet begun work. After work has commenced, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@mapofus.co.
We want you to love your map. If there is a factual error in your map (a wrong location, a misspelled name), we will correct it at no additional cost. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
